The Sayukti Fellowship
Our foundational pilot initiative created a safe and trusted space among the Musahar community of Patna. Over time, we used this fellowship to develop grassroots leadership and understanding of their interconnected, systemic problems—allowing us to build our interventions organically.
Documentation Drives
We work to cut through complicated procedural confusion and fight off unfair intermediaries. By assisting individuals in acquiring birth certificates, ration cards, and Ayushman Bharat cards, we protect vulnerable families from exploitation.
Our Approach to Alienation
Alienation from rights and entitlements is one of the most critical barriers that marginalized families face. Historically, they have relied upon third-party agents, leaving them highly vulnerable to fraud. We tackle this by educating local youth to become trusted leaders who demystify complex state frameworks.
Sensitisation & Legal Awareness
Our field team and partners conduct regular awareness camps and para-legal training sessions. We address critical issues like caste and gender-based discrimination through workshops, ensuring families understand their constitutional rights and the SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act.
Learning Centres
Operating as community hubs, our centres do more than just provide foundational education for children. They serve as regular meeting places for parents, local youth, and advocates—building an environment of equality and sustainability.
