The Sayukti Youth Fellowship — सयुक्ति

Selection happens through transparent participation, not written evaluation. Over three distinct performance-led events, facilitators observe and evaluate youth leadership—how they guide younger children through collaborative formations, lead physical training, and captain sports teams—to select 5 organic youth leaders.

  • Selection Vectors: Active youth guidance during performance preparation, leadership presence during PT displays, and sportsmanship during team sport captaincy.
  • Structure: Deep weekly educational masterclasses linked directly to their localized community trust infrastructure.

Integrated Activity Tracks

  • Performance-Led Flow: Sequential nine-step program featuring joint center entries, centre presentations, and synchronized physical training (PT) displays led directly by youth.
  • Youth-Guided Mentorship: Youth act as primary coaches and anchors, directing younger children through rehearsal preparation and performance execution.
  • Dual Team Sport Rounds: Round 1 centers mixed-centre participation for younger children, while Round 2 is entirely youth-led and captained to observe peer sportsmanship.

Operational Field Safeguards

  • Zero-Barrier Design: Complete execution across regional dialects without any literacy prerequisites for access or advancement.
  • Natural Assessment: Non-intrusive observation patterns documenting real-time leadership behavior during rehearsals, PT calls, and sport captaincy.
  • Shared Venue Synchronization: Centralized multi-tola gathering framework streamlining travel, meal provisions, and consistent spatial setups.
