Shipping and Exchange Policy

DEVISE Charitable Trust is a nonprofit organisation. This website does not sell or ship physical goods, and payments made through it are voluntary donations to support our mission, not purchases. As a result, there are no products to ship, return, or exchange.

What you receive after donating

Because there is no physical merchandise, upon making a successful donation, you will receive digital acknowledgments:

• An automated payment confirmation from our payment partner, Razorpay.
• An email acknowledgment from DEVISE, typically within 1 to 2 business days.
• A formal tax-exemption receipt (applicable under our 80G registration), sent to the email address you provided at checkout, usually within 7 to 10 business days.

No physical item or parcel is shipped as part of this transaction.

If you do not receive a confirmation

If your payment was successfully deducted but you did not receive a confirmation email within 2 business days, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us at devise@nalsar.ac.in with your transaction reference number so we can locate your donation and resend your receipts.
