These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website of DEVISE Charitable Trust ("DEVISE," "we," "us," "our"), a charitable trust registered in India, and your interactions with us, including when you make a donation through this website. By using this site or making a donation, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

DEVISE is a nonprofit organisation working with marginalised communities through learning centres, documentation camps, and related programme work. Our operational office is located at 404, Sai Gayathri Towers, Nanakramguda, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. We are a formally registered entity operating under the Indian Trusts Act, and are registered u/s 80(G) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (URN: AADTD3485D25HY01).

Use of this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes: to learn about our work, to access public policy resources, to contact us, and to make voluntary donations. You will not attempt to disrupt the site, misrepresent your identity, or use the donation system for any purpose other than making a genuine contribution.

Donations

Donations made through this website are processed via our third-party payment partner, Razorpay. By donating, you confirm that the payment details you provide are your own or that you are authorised to use them, and that the funds are offered voluntarily and without expectation of goods, services, or financial return.

Donations may be one-time or recurring (subscription-based). You can review or cancel a recurring donation at any time by contacting us through our Contact Us page or, where available, through the Razorpay subscription management link sent to you at the time of setup.

Tax receipts

DEVISE holds valid 80G registration. Donors will be issued a receipt suitable for claiming tax benefits under applicable Indian tax law. This receipt will be sent to the email address provided at the time of donation, typically within 7-10 business days following the successful clearing of funds.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, reports, photographs, logos, and programme materials — belongs to DEVISE Charitable Trust or is used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect operational or regulatory changes. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
