Paint The Space – Volunteer Appreciation Post

More than 10 students volunteered to paint the room and it is exhilarating to receive such response. It was really amazing to have so many volunteers working tirelessly for hours together. The children were very excited and stayed with us throughout. Involving children in this process was one of our primary objectives and it was a rewarding experience though it got too messy at times.

We would like to thank Isha Tandon, Anjali Kutiyal, Medha Puvvala, Shrudula Murthy, Vaishali, Jayasrujana Ponnuru, Sahir Boppana, Apoorva Chowhan and Aditya Kl for being really amazing and supporting us in this endeavour despite their hectic schedules. You guys are really really amazing!

We would like to specifically thank Pranshu Bharti and Shruti Kale who worked for more than 6 hours today. We can’t thank you enough for your ‘painting marathon’ session.

Impressions!

The children were unstoppable today as they went on to finish painting the remaining sketches.

We thank Ritika Meena for helping us paint the room today.

Lalit and Ananye tried their hand at painting our logo today. We will begin conducting the sessions at Muneerabad from tomorrow. We hope that this approach (community model) will prove to be much more beneficial to the students.
