We began by checking the homework given to the students on the previous day. Though all of them did their homework, most of them had not understood what we had expected them to do. We then briefly revised the usage of A and An and as a part of the revision, the students were asked to make small sentences by using A and An. After that, we moved on to the third article i.e. The, usage of which was explained by the means of small sentences. Following this, we gave them some sentences in which they were asked to identify all the parts of speech which were present in them. Through this exercise we revised all that we have taught till now. While conducting today’s lesson it was observed that most of the students still had a problem in retaining what is being taught to them and some of them seemed to be completely clueless about what is being done.
