We taught comparatives and superlatives in today’s class. Sruthy Sriram explained the usage of comparatives and superlatives by using them in various sentences. She then asked the students to form sentences using different comparatives and superlatives.
Given that our mid semester exams begin next week, after which they will be having their final exams, today’s session was the final one for the students of 6th standard. Even though we began teaching the entire class, only a handful of them had been attending the classes diligently and we are happy that there has been a substantial progress in their understanding of English language over the last few months.
We heartily thank all the volunteers for making this happen. It would have been impossible without your commitment and enthusiasm. We hope that you had an enriching experience in teaching these kids and will continue with us once the school reopens for the next academic year.
